James Pascale is a member of the Yale Class of ’76 (Davenport). He received a B.A. in Cognitive Science from McGill University in 1980. He was previously president of Pascale Industries, Inc., EYAsia Ltd (Osaka, Japan), and CHI Computers, LLC. He is currently president of PFP Ventures, Inc., where he is involved in the convergence of the business and academic worlds and in double bottom line enterprises.

He is currently president of PFP Ventures, Inc., where he is involved with small to mid-size private equity and early-stage companies. He is involved in the convergence of the business and academic worlds and in double bottom line enterprises.

Mildred J. Franco earned her Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering with a Minor in Management from McGill University in 1982. After graduation, she worked in the oil industry in the areas of production and international marketing in Venezuela, and oil trading in New York City. Ms. Franco created and served as the Executive Director of The Generator, an innovation hub powered by Go Forward Pine Bluff. Ms. Franco is very active in the non-profit space, supporting the arts, innovation, education and entrepreneurship. She currently serves on the boards of EAST and the Women’s Foundation of Arkansas.

Mildred J. Franco earned her Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering with a Minor in Management from McGill University in 1982. After graduation, she worked in the oil industry in the areas of production and international marketing in Venezuela, and oil trading in New York City. She cofounded CHI Computers + Solutions, LLC, a retail provider of computer products and services to educational institutions across the U.S.; she currently serves as the CEO. Ms. Franco is very active in the non-profit space and serves on several boards of organizations that support the arts, innovation and entrepreneurship.

Joseph K. Pascale earned his B.B.A. in Finance and Economics from the University of Louisiana-Monroe in 1988 and his J.D. from the University of Tennessee College of Law in 1991. He is a member of the bar in Arkansas and Washington, D.C. He served as an attorney on the U.S House of Representatives Banking Committee, in the Office of White House Counsel to President Clinton and at the US Securities and Exchange Commission. He lived in Italy from 2001 to 2007. During this time, he ran his webmagazine travelsandstories.com and earned his Level 4 Diploma in Wines & Spirits (DipWSET) from the Wine and Spirits Education Trust in London. He is currently a Staff Attorney at the Arkansas Securities Department.

He lived in Italy from 2001 to 2007. During this time, he ran his webmagazine travelsandstories.com and earned his Diploma in Wines and Spirits from the Wine and Spirits Education Trust in London. He currently works as a wine consultant at Vias Imports, Ltd in Manhattan.
